5000. DANG. I’m kind of stunned that 5000 people think my art is worth looking at and are also willing to put up with whatever other dumb shit I post. Three more days!

Had a really bad headache today, so I didn&#8217;t get around to starting anything new or finishing anything old. Decided that a warm up/photoshop study was a good idea. About an hour and a half. A screen cap from Emma. There are a lot of mistakes, but it was only meant to study tones, values and painting faster. I have a bunch of stuff on the go right now, including: -a new 11x14 silk screen design based off my &#8220;of Day&#8221; painting. -Past to present character paintings -J.C. Lyendecker influenced portrait (oils) -self portrait -Cover for a friends book. Currently about 50% finished. -Some other character design work as well as some other background illustrations -Ophelia painting (sculpey - oils or acrylics&#8230;.can&#8217;t decide). and so many other things. Stay tuned!

So screenprinting hasn&#8217;t gone as good as I expected so I decided to tackle the design as a drawing. I missed my pencil crayons and watercolours. I do plan on getting back to the screen, but if doesn&#8217;t end up working out, expect to see a digital version of this. Mostly to motivate myself to finish it and even if i have to go through every medium to do it!

Late last night we came home to find our cat, Anna Marie, hiding under our bed, and also that she had vomited in a couple places. She was lethargic and had no interest in playing, and when i tried to pick her up, she scooted away…

Hey all. We’ve been monitoring our cat today and she is not doing any better. She needs to go back to the vet for tests but we do not have the funds to pay for it at this juncture. If you can help, we would really appreciate it! Or please just reblog this and spread the word!

So if you haven’t heard about this yet from my constant spamming, my cat Dr. Boo is sick. Correction my cat child is sick. Boo is home now getting better/smelling everything making sure it’s the same since he left. But now I’m left with a crazy huge vet bill, I really don’t have the funds for.
